This painting was created from a picture taken by the artist, Nic Tibo. It's an arctic wolf resting at Parc Omega, animal park in the Outaouais region, in Montebello, Quebec, Canada. The arctic wolf has a white coat with a few gray hairs.  The arctic wolf has a white coat with some grey hairs. It is a subspecies of the gray wolf and shows a slightly less aggressive behavior.
