This painting was created from a picture taken by the artist, Nic Tibo. It represents a head close-up of Palla, female gray wolf at the Ecomuseum Zoo, the only outdoor zoo on the island of Montreal featuring Quebec's wildlife, in a natural and enchanting setting. The gray wolf  is a slender but powerful animal.
